Stronger is a women's only group strength and fitness class for all abilities. Based at Tooting Athletics Track, each session is designed to elevate your core stability and enhance everyday functional movements. You'll engage with a variety of strength equipment and confidently track your progress as you grow stronger each week.

Zoom classes

Zoom sessions are held three times a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at 6:30 AM. Each session lasts for 30 minutes and is exclusively focused on strength training. The program operates in 6-8 week cycles, allowing you to increase your strength and confidence, build muscle, and progressively challenge yourself over time.
